When Randy Wise Homes wanted to deepen their connection with prospective buyers, we bypassed the traditional sales pitch. In partnership with Vantage360Media, I produced a series of homeowner testimonial films that allowed the quality of the work and the integrity of the process to speak for itself through the voices of those who live it every day.

The Challenge: Beyond the Sales Pitch

The goal was to move away from polished, corporate messaging and lean into authentic storytelling. In a market where buyers are wary of “over-produced” content, we needed to solve a specific challenge:

  • Capturing the raw, emotional satisfaction of homeowners without the use of scripts.

Our Production Process

To maintain the authenticity of these stories while keeping the production value “Randy Wise quality,” I focused on a documentary-style workflow:

  • Cinematic B-Roll: I captured high-fidelity “lifestyle” footage—focusing on the tactile details of the homes and the homeowners interacting with their space—to visually reinforce their spoken testimonials.

  • Technical Agility: Working across multiple locations, I managed a mobile cinema setup that ensured consistent, high-end lighting and professional audio, regardless of the home’s layout or environment.
